Job Description
Argano is seeking an Associate Technical Consultant specializing in webMethods integration and enterprise application integration.
The role supports application development, integration, administration, production troubleshooting, and customer-facing root-cause analysis.
Technical Experience
- Experience with webMethods 10.x or above and Software AG webMethods Designer and Flow or Java.
- Knowledge of EDI protocols and API-based integration using REST or SOAP.
- Experience with webMethods application and web service development, Universal Messaging, EDI, XML, JSON, and flat file translation.
- Working knowledge of MS SQL Server or Oracle relational database configuration.
- Working knowledge of JDBC Adapter, SAP Adapter, MWS, and Designer.
Integration and Support
- Support JMS publish-subscribe and request-response patterns using webMethods.
- Provide problem analysis and troubleshooting of webMethods issues.
- Use Splunk logging and queries to troubleshoot production issues.
- Perform basic webMethods administration activities.
Tools and Processes
- Have experience with Jira and follow coding and design standards in webMethods.
- Understand web integration principles, Enterprise Application Integration, and middleware.
- Understand SDLC and ITIL processes and have basic knowledge of Unix commands.
Communication and Troubleshooting
- Have good communication skills and good troubleshooting skills.
- Identify issues and provide root-cause analysis to customers for critical issues.
