Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex structural engineering buildings designs
- Oversee structural design solutions across both Structural and Construction engineering disciplines
- Manage technical quality, programme delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction
- Review and approve calculations, drawings, specifications, and engineering reports
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers and technicians
- Drive innovation, sustainable design, and BIM implementation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders
- Support the Country Director with business development and help secure future opportunities through delivery excellence
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering from a reputable university
- Chartered Engineer preferred (e.g., CEng, MICE, CPEng or MIStructE)
- Minimum 10+ years post graduate experience with preferred minimum of 4 years experience in the Middle East
- Extensive expertise in complex structures, structural steel design, reinforced concrete design, sub structure design and structural systems
- Strong knowledge of ACI, Wind and Seismic design, FE modelling and industry best practices
- Proven experience leading a team, project delivery from Concept to IFC, delivering commercial success and client satisfaction
- Excellent communication, excellent English language skills, technical leadership, and client facing skills

- Wentworth, part of the Keltbray Group, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate – Structural Engineer to support the growth of our Saudi Arabia operations in Riyadh.
- As an Associate, you will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering complex structural engineering projects, driving technical excellence, mentoring engineers, developing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of the business.
