Responsibilities
- 1. Handle customer inquiries via Telephone, Live Chat & and by Email.
- 2. Manage end-to-end customer life cycle: from customer on-boarding to post-service engagement with customers.
- 3. Coordinating with vendors to ensure quality service to customers.
- 4. Manage escalated service concerns received from customers.
- 5. Provide customers with product and service information.
- 6. Identify and escalate priority issues.
- 7. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- 8. Responsible for end-to-end lead conversion.
Qualifications
- -At least 0.6 of sales experience
- - Good written and verbal communication skills
- - Conversational at Hindi Speaking
- - Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
