What you will do
- In this role, you will:
- Design, build, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions to improve platform reliability and performance.
- Define and maintain meaningful SLOs, SLAs, and operational health metrics for platform services.
- Develop automation and tooling using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
- Support infrastructure-as-code practices using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.
- Monitor platform capacity and performance trends, identifying risks before they impact service quality.
- Partner with application and product teams to build reliability into the software lifecycle.
- Contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvements.
- Support existing RPA automations by troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving resolution to ensure uninterrupted process continuity and reliable operations.
- Work with security and compliance partners to identify and remediate vulnerabilities and support audits or control reviews.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for systems, procedures, runbooks, and operational standards.
- Help improve operational maturity through standard practices, automation, and knowledge sharing.

- Improved visibility into platform health through better dashboards, alerts, and SLO tracking
- Reduced manual operational tasks through automation
- Faster detection and resolution of issues
- Stronger collaboration with product teams on reliability and supportability
- Better documentation and operational consistency across the platform
- What you should bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in platform engineering, SRE, DevOps, cloud operations, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience with containerized environments such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices such as GitHub Actions, Azure Devops, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Practical scripting or programming skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nobl9, or similar monitoring platforms.
- Understanding of infrastructure-as-code concepts and tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, security partners, and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Nice to have
- Experience with automation/RPA tools such as UiPath.
- Experience supporting AI, data, or platform services in production.
- Exposure to microservices and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery methods.
