Associate - Sourcing and Operations

Sourcing:  Collaborate closely with creators to select and acquire items for content creation.  Maintain strong relationships with creators and their account managers to facilitate smooth sourcing processes.  Ensure accurate tracking of sourced items and inventory management. Return Management:  Coordinate the timely return of products to brand partners post-content creation.  Implement efficient return logistics and procedures to minimize delays and maximize refunds. Ensure products are returned in pristine condition and adhere to brand partner guidelines. Refund Optimization:  Strategically manage returns to maximize refunds and minimize losses.  Monitor refund processes and proactively address any issues or discrepancies.  Analyze refund data and provide insights for continuous process improvement. Communication:  Act as the primary point of contact between our company and brand partners.  Maintain clear and effective communication channels to ensure alignment on sourcing and return activities.  Address any inquiries or concerns from brand partners in a prompt and professional manner. Administrative Tasks:  Utilize Excel to track inventory, returns, and refunds accurately.  Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making and performance evaluation.  Assist in other administrative duties as required. Proactive Follow-Up:  Demonstrate a strong drive to consistently follow up with content creators to ensure timely return of products after content creation.  Maintain regular communication with creators to facilitate smooth return processes and address any issues or concerns promptly. Prompt Activation:  Display a sense of urgency in activating creators as soon as they are assigned for sourcing. Coordinate swiftly with creators to initiate the sourcing process promptly, ensuring efficient utilization of time and resources. Requirements:  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with brand partners.  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data management and analysis.  Proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  High level of accountability and reliability in executing tasks accurately and on time.  Prior experience in a similar role within the fashion or beauty industry is preferred but not required.
