The Solution Architecture teams plays an integral role in the end to end customer journey including pre-sales support, implementation as well as customer upsells and renewals

We're looking for a full-time phenomenal Associate Solution Architect to join our One Global Delivery team!

Part technologist, part consultant, the Solution Architect plays a vital role providing technical expertise for all major client projects.

You will participate in client calls and work cross-functionally across the entire organization to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions.

Please note: This is a full-time, hybrid position located at the headquarters in Ambler, PA, requiring 3 days per week in-office.

Candidates must currently reside within a 50-mile radius of Ambler, PA.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to facilitate technical discussions and clarify client needs, supporting the development of targeted recommendations that deliver measurable ROI.
• Assist in technical and integration discovery conversations with clients to gather requirements for implementing platforms and integrating with existing technology stacks.
• Analyze client requirements and challenges, propose effective solutions, and evaluate the short- and long-term impact of recommendations.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support operational excellence by contributing to documentation, sharing knowledge, and improving internal processes.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams across multiple time zones to ensure project milestones are met.
