Technology Exposure
- Potential technologies include Android Studio, Xcode, Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ, Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, and Node.js.
- Potential cloud and operations technologies include AWS services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, Route 53, security groups, and IAM roles.

Responsibilities
- Work as part of an Agile team throughout the software development life cycle.
- Collaborate with designers and analysts to implement enhancements and new applications.
- Develop code that meets story acceptance criteria.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality output.
- Follow continuous improvement practices supporting quality and time-to-market objectives.
- Maintain records documenting program development and revisions.
- Provide third-level support for software solutions as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher obtained between September 2025 and September 2026.
- Good communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Good understanding of testing fundamentals.
- Experience with Unix or Linux operating systems.
- Ability to work in a team setting and actively participate in team discussions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Front-end development experience, including JavaScript, HTML, mobile development, React, Vue, or Angular.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or Kotlin.
- Experience with Jenkins CI/CD, microservices, or API design and integration.
- Experience with version control technology such as Git.
- Linux or Unix experience with a strong coding background.
Workplace
- Capital One supports a hybrid model with three days in the office per week.
Compensation
- The expected annual salary is $100,000.
- The role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses.
