Associate Software Engineer - Full Stack

Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Develop front-end and back-end application components using established engineering standards.
• Build responsive interfaces with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Integrate reusable UI components with backend APIs, databases, and data services.
• Build and consume REST APIs and support data-processing pipelines.
• Write secure, reusable, documented, and testable code.
• Contribute to testing, code reviews, debugging, deployment, cloud operations, documentation, and Agile delivery.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or another STEM field, with 2–5 years of relevant software development experience.
• Hands-on full-stack software development experience from professional work, internships, academic projects, or personal projects.
• Capability in UI development using JavaScript or TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS, NPM, and responsive web design.
• Knowledge of component-based UI development, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and usability.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, API integration, data pipelines, cloud services, cloud-native design, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Agile delivery.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and escalate complex technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated build and deployment tools.
• Familiarity with software design patterns, data structures, test-driven development, secure coding, and UI testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or cloud-native monitoring services.
• Experience or interest in data, analytics, AI, or generative-AI-enabled applications.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, authentication, authorization, and API security.
• AWS, Azure, SAFe Agile, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
