Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of various engineering projects
- Provide technical support to senior engineers and project managers in planning and execution
- Assist in conducting research, testing, and analysis to support project requirements
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure products or systems meet specified requirements
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during the testing phase
- Contribute to the design and development of engineering solutions, products, or systems
- Collaborate with the engineering team to create and modify technical drawings and documentation
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in engineering
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality control
- Assist in implementing change management strategies and address resistance to change
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline or related field, or similar work experience
- Entry level position; relevant internships or academic projects are a plus
- Basic IT admin skills in installing various operating systems (Windows, Linux) and commissioning network devices (switches, routers)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in rack building and network devices cabling
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to senior engineers and project managers in the planning and execution of engineering projects.

Education and Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline or related field or similar work experience.

Salary
- The base salary for the role will be around EUR 3,500 based on the candidate's experience.
