Associate Software Developer

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools: Claude Desktop (Claude Code), or VS Code with Claude Code.

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with some of the following technologies: React & Node.js Python Angular SQL NoSQL Azure DevOps Azure Portal services GitHub CI/CD workflows Similar modern technologies.

• Minimum qualification:
• B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
• B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML)
• Similar software-related degree
• Experience with multiple areas from the technology stack.
• Knowledge of frontend and backend development.
• Familiarity with cloud concepts and Microsoft Azure deployments.
• Experience with: Azure DevOps Azure Portal services Modern deployment workflows
• Modern deployment workflows
• Personal projects, internships, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
• Interest in healthcare IT, data management, cybersecurity, and mission-critical software systems.
• Comfort experimenting with AI-assisted development workflows.
