About the Role
ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC seeks an Associate Site Manager to lead on-site construction activities for a 220kV overhead transmission line project in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on site construction activities for the 220kV overhead transmission line project
- Oversee tower foundation works, tower erection, conductor stringing, OPGW installation, and associated civil works
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved IFC drawings, technical specifications, and utility standards
- Manage multiple work fronts while maintaining productivity and quality
- Prepare detailed site execution plans aligned with the overall project schedule
- Coordinate daily and weekly work programs with subcontractors and site engineers
- Monitor progress against milestones and implement recovery plans when required
- Provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager and Head Office
- Supervise and control subcontractors for foundation, erection, and stringing activities
- Manage manpower allocation, equipment deployment, and material availability
- Ensure compliance with approved Method Statements, ITPs, and project quality standards
- Coordinate inspections with client/consultant and close NCRs promptly
Requirements
- Experience in leading on site construction activities for overhead transmission line projects
- Knowledge of tower foundation works, tower erection, conductor stringing, OPGW installation, and associated civil works
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts while maintaining productivity and quality
- Experience in preparing site execution plans and coordinating with subcontractors
- Familiarity with Method Statements, ITPs, and project quality standards
- Experience coordinating with client representatives and utility authorities (e.g., DEWA, TRANSCO)
