Senior Support Analyst Job description
The Senior Support Analyst job works in the technical design, development, and implementation of application systems. While working independently with limited supervision, this job delivers new design and development specifications based on customer requirements, while adhering to standard procedures and techniques. Key Responsibilities and Duties
Implements detailed business, functional and technical requirements and specifications for applications.
Develops applications and configures commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using programming, scripting, and database languages.
Manages application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements.
Prepares activity and progress reports regarding applications systems analysis and programming sections.
Tracks and maintains up-to-date records of all configuration updates.
Prepares and reviews the work of lower level professionals.
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
