We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Scientist I to join the Technology Access Program (TAP) team and support the execution of client-sponsored research projects.
This is a laboratory-based role with a primary focus on assay set-up and execution, sample preparation, next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows, operation of laboratory instrumentation, and data quality review.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on laboratory skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to consistently execute established experimental workflows in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The Associate Scientist will work closely with other TAP team members to ensure high-quality data generation, support data review and enable timely completion of client projects.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $97,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
