The Sales Support Account Manager develops customer relationships, supports business continuity, and contributes to account growth.
The role acts as the face of the business in strategically important territories and supports customers during sales coverage transitions.
The position provides exposure to District Sales Managers and senior leaders and can support future sales or specialist career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the interim sales representative for inactive territories, covering up to three territories at a time.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer needs and support.
- Review and progress open opportunities with District Sales Managers and branch teams.
- Provide account administration support for invoices, purchase order changes, credits, and service orders.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow account value.
