- Develop and maintain long term relationships with retail, HNI, and institutional clients
- Acquire new clients and expand the company's brokerage and investment business
- Promote brokerage, investment, trading, and wealth management solutions
- Provide clients with financial market insights and investment related guidance
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients while identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets
- Ensure full compliance with SCA regulations and internal company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Brokerage Industry
- Valid SCA License is mandatory
- Proven experience in Financial Services, Brokerage, Capital Markets, Trading, Investments, or Crypto
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
- Existing client database or professional network within the UAE market is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English & Arabic or English & French is mandatory

About The Role
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven SCA Licensed Relationship Manager to join a leading financial services organization in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brokerage, capital markets, trading, investments, or wealth management, with proven expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
- This role requires an individual with an existing client network who can drive revenue growth while ensuring full compliance with SCA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
