Role Overview
The Associate Retail Media Billing & Operations role supports billing, booking, reconciliation, documentation, collections, and operational processes for retail media campaigns.
The role works with Finance, Sales, Media, Account Management, partners, and suppliers to track, invoice, reconcile, and collect advertising investments.

Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming retail media bookings and verify partner and supplier information.
- Match booking orders with campaigns, activations, and investments, then create and maintain Insertion Orders.
- Coordinate invoice creation, collect approved documentation, and review invoices and campaign costs for accuracy.
- Resolve discrepancies involving planned spend, booked investment, invoiced amounts, and campaign activity.
- Follow up on missing invoices, billing issues, payment status, supplier payments, and collections.
- Maintain billing trackers, campaign documentation, financial records, and proof of execution.
- Serve as a contact for billing and invoicing enquiries and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution.
- Prepare monthly reports and support month-end closing activities.
