1 to 3 years work experience in corporate restructuring, investment banking, private equity, finance, financial consulting, or relevant corporate positions with a financial or accounting focus.
Strong academic record from a reputable undergraduate/graduate program
Pursuit of a CPA, CFA, or other financial designations will be viewed favorably
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Proficient with financial/data analytics
Familiarity with the US Bankruptcy code is a plus
Planning and Prioritization: must be able to work independently and effectively multitask in a highly detailed environment, having a good sense of what is important to accomplish the goal
Communication Skills: ability to condense large amounts of financial and legal information into logical, thoughtful and concise solutions, presentations and well-written reports
Action-Oriented: eager and responsive at all times, seizing the opportunity when presented with it.
Trust: exceptional maturity and the corresponding ability to interact with lenders, lawyers, senior executives and middle managers, presenting the candid truth in a helpful manner
Personal Learning: ability to successfully work in a small and collaborative team environment, committing to and actively working on improving skills, seeking feedback and adjusting accordingly
