- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are an advantage
- Arabic is beneficial

Role Description
- This full time, on site Associate Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, but will be required to support other branches in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Visiting, marketing, and maintaining key top tier local corporate clients.
- Client credit rating, facility granting, due diligence for financing transactions, and initiating internal approval processes.
- Performing post loan management for existing borrowers.
- Liaising with the corporate banking departments of local peer financial institutions to understand market syndicated loan needs, and promptly follow up on client business requirements.
- Marketing project financing, working capital loan facilities, and guarantee products to large Saudi based Chinese enterprises.
- Maintaining key corporate client relationships and driving deposit business marketing, among other duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are an advantage.
- Experience in corporate or commercial banking, including exposure to credit analysis, lending products, and transaction banking.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages; Arabic is beneficial for engaging regional and international clients.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in evaluating financial statements and assessing credit and market risks.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and internal risk controls.
