The Team
We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to join American Tower’s Human Resources organization.
Day to day you will provide talent acquisition support to the TA Team and to various hiring managers across the organization by partnering to identify external and internal talent for various openings.
As an Associate Recruiter you will partner cross-functionally to deliver excellent talent acquisition support and drive success by providing a best-in-class experiences for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
