Job Summary
This role helps ensure that products and processes meet quality standards across supply and manufacturing operations. The position supports the delivery of reliable, compliant products by working closely with suppliers, production teams, and internal stakeholders. This role contributes to continuous improvement by identifying quality issues, supporting investigations, and implementing corrective actions. It plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Performs quality inspections and audits on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure adherence to standards.
- Effectively communicating with customers, suppliers, and employees of Supply Technologies, whenever required to meet customer timing under the guidance of senior quality professionals.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions for quality issues using structured problem-solving methods.
- Oversee product containment and rework process at customer and branch.
- Collaborates with suppliers to address non-conformances and improve quality performance.
- Maintains and updates quality documentation, including procedures, reports, and compliance records.
- Provide visible, active support for the ISO9001, and the ISO 14001 Quality System, as applicable.
- Perform internal, customer and supplier audits
