Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Associate Quality Assurance role.
The role supports the quality framework across company processes and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and implementing quality assurance procedures.
- Review documentation and workflows for compliance with internal standards.
- Support routine quality checks on operational processes.
- Monitor policy adherence and prepare basic quality reports.
- Escalate identified issues for follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement and consistent standards execution.
Qualifications
- Skills in quality assurance and quality control are required for quality process design, execution, and monitoring.
- Skills in quality management are required to maintain and improve quality frameworks and performance metrics.
- Good Manufacturing Practice skills are relevant where needed for regulatory alignment.
- Quality auditing skills are required for internal reviews and corrective action follow-up.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and documentation accuracy are required.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
- The role requires independent work in a remote environment and cross-team collaboration.
- Real estate, construction, or related industry familiarity is beneficial.
- Productivity and collaboration tool experience is beneficial.
- A relevant academic background or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
