Role Description
Part-time, remote Associate Quality Assurance role supporting the club’s initiatives and operations.
The role supports quality standards across projects, events, and internal processes.
The associate works with coordinators and committee leads to promote consistent, reliable, and high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining quality standards for projects, events, and internal processes.
- Review workflows and documentation and monitor compliance with established procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and support quality audits.
- Prepare reports and help implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with coordinators, committee leads, and other team members.
Qualifications
- Skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control are required.
- Skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing are required.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice or similar structured quality systems is required.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Ability to work independently remotely and collaborate with diverse teams is required.
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- Arabic familiarity is advantageous but not required.
- Interest in management, HR, or leadership fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in student organizations or project coordination is a plus.
