Duties and Responsibilities

• Proactively book surveyor inspections for existing commercial clients by telephone and email.
• Manage multiple surveyors’ diaries, ensuring appointments are organised geographically to maximise surveyor productivity and that appointment details are communicated accurately .
• Collect relevant supporting documentation from clients to support the delivery of services and maintain accurate client records.
• Gather client health and safety requirements for surveyors and update spreadsheets and internal records as required .
• Communicate with clients and surveyors, both verbally and in writing, providing a high standard of client service.
• Manage client expectations and respond to initial queries, ensuring clients understand the inspection process and relevant timescales.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, surveyors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support client retention matters, liaising with the Surveying team and other internal departments to help achieve the best outcome for the client.
