• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and portfolio reporting tools.
• Support PMO activities and the execution of strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify and highlight problems and provide support when needed for corrective action implementation.
• Provide & develop reports in an effective and efficient manner.
• Maintain a historic record of all documents, data, statements related to the function.
• Provide support in related assignments and project as stipulated by management when needed.
• Coordinate with Business Process Management to create and document all processes.
• Report any issues that may be of risk to the business, operations, systems or employees or any issues related to information security to Enterprise Risk and Information Security team.
• Support the Enterprise Risk and Information Security team in the risk mitigation process.
