Position Overview
The Associate Project Manager manages and administers client projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
The role supports clear communication, schedule and budget control, and high quality standards across project teams.
The position reports to the Director of Project Management.
Responsibilities
- Understand account scopes of work and individual project plans.
- Facilitate alignment on project resources and timelines across departments.
- Coordinate resource assignments and time management throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor deliverables to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Obtain client sign-off on project plans when needed.
- Prepare for legal and regulatory submissions.
- Support forecasting and future resource planning with department leads.
- Track client requests, project issues, risks, and solutions with relevant stakeholders.
