Associate Project Manager - Building Automation

About this role

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in project strategy plans based on logical framework approaches.
• Coordinates with field supervisors on resource management and labor forecasting. Identify resource constraints and assist with corrective action plans to remedy any issues.
• Participates in project turnover meetings between Sales and the project team.
• Coordinates with engineering function to ensure material deviations are logged correctly and advanced to project management and sales personnel for review.
• Coordinates with sales and project management team to ensure project change orders are processed and booked timely.
• Active participant in the cost control process for projects, tracking key performance metrics and variances.
• Participates in monthly project reviews and forecasts.
• Coordinates monthly project billing with the project management group.
• Perform “actual vs. estimated” analyses and identify variances, reasons for variances, and mitigation steps.
• Manages subcontractor disbursements in conjunction with project management and business management functions.
• Reviews subcontractor invoicing and change orders for completeness and agreement with project scope and schedule progress.
• Professionally represent Automated Logic in meetings and always be proactive in defending the company’s best interest.
