About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of academic support services.
• Track operational objectives and deliverables across daily, weekly and term-based cycles.
• Manage end-to-end program operations and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Improve SOPs, dashboards and operational processes.
• Analyse operational data and identify process and service improvement opportunities.
• Resolve operational challenges with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support delivery standards and service excellence with the Program Manager.
• Collaborate across teams to meet client commitments and improve student and partner experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification from a Tier 1 college, preferably in an analytical discipline.
• One to two years of experience in operations or program management.
• Prior EdTech operations experience is preferred.
