Role Overview
The Associate Program Manager will support expansion of Everyday Essentials streams across locales and product categories.
The role focuses on selection, marketing, product mechanisms, customer acquisition, and improving the selection framework.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Drive cross-team efforts to streamline selection tracking for Everyday Essentials.
- Analyze, evaluate, and optimize selection streams across consumables and non-consumables.
- Build automated mechanisms to identify selection opportunities.
- Create tracking mechanisms for Everyday Essentials marketing initiatives across locales.
- Drive parity in marketing effectiveness across categories.
- Analyze the customer funnel and identify opportunities.
- Develop marketing playbooks for non-consumable Everyday Essentials items.
- Support adoption of successful programs in new teams.
- Oversee technical implementation and integration of program mechanisms with existing systems.
- Measure and optimize program performance.
- Drive collaboration across MENA-TR locales and coordinate market-specific localization.
- Create scalable frameworks for geographic expansion.

The team includes an Everyday Essentials Senior Program Manager, a Business Analyst, and points of contact across teams and locales.
