Role overview
The Associate Program Manager will support expansion of Everyday Essentials streams across locales and product categories, focusing on selection, marketing, and product mechanisms.
The role supports customer acquisition, improves the selection framework, and helps establish a unified regional way of working.
Selection strategy
- Drive cross-team efforts to streamline selection tracking.
- Analyze, evaluate, and optimize selection streams across consumables and non-consumables.
- Build automated mechanisms for identifying selection opportunities.
Marketing and customer funnel
- Create tracking mechanisms for Everyday Essentials marketing initiatives across locales.
- Drive parity in marketing effectiveness across categories.
- Analyze the customer funnel and identify opportunities.
- Develop marketing playbooks for non-consumable Everyday Essentials items.
Product program integration
- Support adoption of programs critical to Everyday Essentials and expand them to new teams.
