Role Summary
Supports aerospace program execution through cross-functional coordination, performance monitoring, reporting, and program process management.
Works across integrated product teams and functional organizations to improve visibility, strengthen interfaces, and support program objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Participates in program planning and documentation.
- Develops status, visibility, and performance tools and analyzes program data.
- Coordinates vendor activities, program reviews, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
- Supports customer document submittals, coordination memos, issue resolution, and team-based solutions.
- Manages onboarding for new program team members and develops program management methods and procedures.
- Assists with change orders, part procurement, risk and opportunity planning, final inspection, and post-delivery support.
- Ensures assigned small-scale projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and contractual objectives.
- Assists with departmental policies, procedures, reporting, and other assigned duties.
Education, Experience, and Certification
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, at least 2 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
