The Associate - College Operations & Student Success represents IIDE at partner colleges and is responsible for day-to-day academic coordination, student support, and program execution.
The role involves close collaboration with faculty, college stakeholders, and students to ensure smooth academic delivery and a positive student experience across the program lifecycle.
This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and working closely with students.
Represent IIDE on-ground at designated partner colleges and manage day-to-day coordination with faculty, academic teams, trainers, and college authorities.
Ensure timely setup and uninterrupted operation of classrooms, LMS, Zoom sessions, Wi-Fi, and academic tools, in compliance with academic standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for academic and program-related student and college queries, achieving a 24-hour TAT for resolution.
Monitor, maintain, and report on batch attendance performance, assignment and project submissions, internal and external examination completion, and fee collection status.
Identify at-risk students and proactively intervene to reduce drop-off risks and improve retention, satisfaction, and overall student experience.
Ensure a 100% response rate across Subject Evaluation, CSAT, and NPS feedback forms.
Identify operational or academic issues and escalate to internal teams with proper documentation until resolution.
Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of academic, engagement, and fee-related data.
Coordinate and support day-to-day relationships with college stakeholders and partner institutions.

Coordinate admissions and program delivery in collaboration with partner colleges.
Support onboarding of new partner colleges, including academic and operational alignment.
Execute on-ground seminars, workshops, demos, and short-term programs at partner institutions.
During the peak admissions cycle (March–July), counsel inbound and walk-in prospects.
Support lead qualification, follow-ups, confirmed enrollments, and enrollment documentation.
Maintain accurate admissions data and CRM records.

Execute year-on-year placement planning and placement-oriented session scheduling for assigned batches across the program lifecycle.
Support students with resume building, interview readiness, recruiter coordination, and interview-related communication
0–2 years of experience in academic operations, student success, or coordination roles
MBA / PGDM graduates or final-year students (any specialization) can apply.
Comfortable in execution-driven, on-ground roles
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Proficient with Google Workspace and basic reporting tools
