Role Overview
Support the Asia Pacific Regulatory Reporting team in automating BASEL and local regulatory reporting systems.
Work as a Business Analyst across regulatory changes, business expansion, general ledger optimization, technology modernization, and global data alignment.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance users, Corporate Technology, and external vendor consultants to deliver regulatory reporting solutions.
- Provide project management office support, including governance calls, project communications, and committee presentation materials.
- Prepare business requirements and functional specifications for regulatory automation projects.
- Perform product validation and proof-of-concept work with Finance users, Technology, and vendors.
- Act as a product owner and participate in design and build discussions with scrum masters and technology teams.
- Develop testing approaches and execute end-to-end system tests using automated testing tools.
- Identify process improvements and manage tactical and strategic finance platform enhancements and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, data science, information systems, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year in banking.
