The Associate Program Analyst - Strategy supports strategic planning and outreach for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Armaments Cooperation activities to enhance strategic planning, communication, and outreach to build partner capacity and achieve mission objectives.
Responsibilities
- · Research & Analysis: Conduct research on country programs, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for security cooperation and growth.
- · Strategic Documents: Review and staff strategic documents to ensure compliance with directives and improve efficiency.
- · Communication Plans: Develop strategic communication plans to articulate mission objectives and support Army participation in air and trade shows.
- · Market Monitoring: Proactively monitor global FMS and Armaments Cooperation markets to uncover future sales opportunities.
- · Data Utilization: Leverage data tools (e.g., Tableau, Oracle) to streamline operations and improve reporting.
- · Visual Media: Create graphics, publications, and media projects to support outreach efforts.
- · Digital Technologies: Evaluate new technologies to enhance brand awareness and communication materials.
- · Communications Support: Produce targeted communication products (e.g., briefs, speeches, newsletters) and ensuring compliance with Army regulations.
- · Public Affairs Coordination: Establish networks across DoD and Army Public Affairs Offices to support senior leader engagements and outreach activities.
Required
· Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years experience
· Experience using data tools (e.g., Tableau, Oracle)
· Requires Secret clearance
