Job Description
Associate Professor role in the Psychology department involving teaching, research, educational innovation, curriculum development, and academic administration.
Qualifications
- A Ph.D. degree is required in the concerned, allied, or relevant discipline.
- A relevant master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade points is required from a recognized university under UGC norms.
- At least eight years of teaching and/or research experience is required in a position equivalent to Assistant Professor.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to research and educational innovation.
- Design new curricula and courses.
- Support technology-mediated teaching and learning processes.
- Perform regular teaching, learning, and evaluation activities.
- Maintain academic data and documentation.
- Assist with department, college, and university-level admissions.
- Provide academic and administrative support to the coordinator or other senior administrative authority.
