Role Overview
Sri Sri Institute of Nursing Sciences & Research Center is inviting applications for an Associate Professor in Nursing to support the education and professional development of nursing students.
Essential Qualifications
- M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- At least 8 years of total professional experience after M.Sc. Nursing, including at least 5 years of teaching experience.
Desirable Qualification
- Ph.D. in Nursing will be an added advantage.
Preferred Specializations
- Child Health Nursing is preferred.
- Community Health Nursing is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and academic guidance to nursing students.
- Develop and implement effective teaching-learning strategies.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
- Participate in academic, clinical, research, and institutional activities.
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives.
