Role Overview

NetBrain is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support customer research, cross-functional coordination, product documentation, and feature launches.

The role supports Product Managers while building foundational product management skills in an AI-driven software environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research customer needs, market trends, and competitive products for product strategy and feature development.
  • Create and maintain user stories, feature descriptions, and internal knowledge resources.
  • Gather customer feedback from sales, support, and other internal teams.
  • Participate in meetings with engineering, design, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain roadmaps, project timelines, and internal product updates.
  • Support launches with internal materials, training resources, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Assist with feature testing, validation, and issue documentation.
  • Develop knowledge of the company's products, customers, and industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, consulting, or a related field.
  • Relevant internships, academic projects, or extracurricular experience may be considered.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation software, and collaboration tools.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop product management skills.

Compensation

  • Estimated base compensation is CAD $75,000–CAD $100,000 plus bonus.
  • Benefits may include RRSP and medical and dental coverage.
