Role Overview
NetBrain is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support customer research, cross-functional coordination, product documentation, and feature launches.
The role supports Product Managers while building foundational product management skills in an AI-driven software environment.
Responsibilities
- Research customer needs, market trends, and competitive products for product strategy and feature development.
- Create and maintain user stories, feature descriptions, and internal knowledge resources.
- Gather customer feedback from sales, support, and other internal teams.
- Participate in meetings with engineering, design, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
- Maintain roadmaps, project timelines, and internal product updates.
- Support launches with internal materials, training resources, and customer-facing documentation.
- Assist with feature testing, validation, and issue documentation.
- Develop knowledge of the company's products, customers, and industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, consulting, or a related field.
- Relevant internships, academic projects, or extracurricular experience may be considered.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
- Strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation software, and collaboration tools.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop product management skills.
Compensation
- Estimated base compensation is CAD $75,000–CAD $100,000 plus bonus.
- Benefits may include RRSP and medical and dental coverage.
