Role Overview
Support product development and growth for semiconductor and advanced technology products at Photon Control, a subsidiary of MKS Inc.
Work with engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to translate customer and market needs into product solutions.
Contribute to product strategy, lifecycle management, new product introductions, and cross-functional development programs.
Impact and Responsibilities
- Support customer, market, competitive, portfolio, and growth opportunity analysis.
- Define product requirements and support product strategy and roadmap development.
- Lead assigned cross-functional programs from concept through commercialization.
- Maintain plans, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, operations, and commercial activities.
- Support NPI, qualification, engineering-to-production transfer, design review, and stage-gate activities.
- Use KPIs and project metrics to support product decisions, program execution, and portfolio reviews.
