Position Overview

  • Associate Product Manager will support the development and execution of new products that drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager and cross functional teams to conduct market research and assist in bringing innovative products to market.

Key Skills

  • Provide creative input into design and development of new products.
  • Copywriting, product testing and packaging briefs for consumer products in various categories.
  • Work with teams including design, engineering, sales, and operations to support new product development launches.
  • Maintain product documentation, track project timelines, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in product management processes.
  • Familiarity with customer research and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering to make informed product decisions.
  • Collaborate with graphics team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message to create high quality designs.
  • Pro actively start and finish projects to meet challenging deadlines within the Wrike PM system.
  • Assist with customer meetings by prepping presentations and mock up samples.
  • Sample management and product development tracking.
  • Assist in developing and managing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Complete understanding of product lifecycle, user experience, and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide insights to support product decisions.

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay: CAD 60,000.00 CAD 65,000.00 per year
