- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering
- Collaborate with graphics team to maintain brand voice and create high quality designs
- Manage projects within the Wrike PM system to meet deadlines
- Assist with customer meetings by preparing presentations and mock up samples
- Manage samples and track product development
- Assist in developing and managing product roadmaps
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field
- Understanding of product lifecycle, user experience, and agile methodologies
- Ability to interpret data and provide insights

Position Overview
- Associate Product Manager will support the development and execution of new products that drive business growth.
- Work closely with the Product Manager and cross functional teams to conduct market research and assist in bringing innovative products to market.
Key Skills
- Provide creative input into design and development of new products.
- Copywriting, product testing and packaging briefs for consumer products in various categories.
- Work with teams including design, engineering, sales, and operations to support new product development launches.
- Maintain product documentation, track project timelines, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in product management processes.
- Familiarity with customer research and data analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering to make informed product decisions.

- Pro actively start and finish projects to meet challenging deadlines within the Wrike PM system.
- Assist with customer meetings by prepping presentations and mock up samples.

- Assist in developing and managing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
- Complete understanding of product lifecycle, user experience, and agile methodologies.
- Ability to interpret data and provide insights to support product decisions.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: CAD 60,000.00 CAD 65,000.00 per year
