Associate Product Manager - EN/KR Bilingual

Position and work arrangement

• The position is full-time.
• The work location is the North York office at 20 Norelco Drive, North York, Ontario.
• The work arrangement is hybrid with four days per week on-site.
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pricing and promotional strategy

• Prepare bi-weekly and monthly sales reports based on company targets and market activity.
• Develop pricing models and promotional plans with the Product Manager for key account presentations.
• Coordinate promotional pricing with Regional Sales Managers to target profitable mix and increase flyer exposure.
• Analyze sales and market trends to identify misses and strategically target sales goals.

Product development

• Monitor production, shipping, and logistics schedules.
• Prepare and execute new product launch processes.
• Analyze competition and support merchandising planning.
• Analyze market share and in-store share through store visits and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with factory and headquarters teams on product and marketing communications.
• Maintain current and accurate product information in the Product Net system.
• Support new product introduction events, industry shows, and training events.
• Support marketing materials, tools, and training modules.
• Analyze PSI by model and raise supply chain issues.
