The Associate Product Manager will help operate a personalized mentoring program for underserved youth.
The role runs experiments, analyzes outcomes, and feeds insights back into the product.

Responsibilities
- Design and run A/B tests across different mentoring methods.
- Track and analyze mentee engagement, session completion, skill progression, and satisfaction scores.
- Work with Design and Technology teams to deliver the right product.
- Identify what works and document findings for product and operations teams.
