About the role
AssistIQ is hiring an Associate Product Manager to work with product and engineering teams on high-quality healthcare software delivery.
The role converts product priorities and customer needs into clear, executable plans for Engineering and QA.
The successful candidate will work with clinical, administrative, hospital IT, vendor, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead backlog grooming and sprint planning while maintaining a prioritized backlog two to three sprints ahead.
- Write requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and edge cases in Linear.
- Break initiatives into sprint-level work and coordinate dependencies across Engineering, QA, Design, Implementation, Support, and Customer Success.
- Monitor sprint progress, communicate risks and scope changes, and coordinate release readiness.
- Support retrospectives and improve planning, requirements, testing, and release processes.
- Use AI tools for product work while validating outputs and protecting confidential information.
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar delivery-focused professional.
