About the Role

  • Spexi is looking for a results driven Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for their geospatial imagery platform.
  • This is a full time, fixed term opportunity to provide maternity leave coverage from August 17, 2026 through September 3, 2027.
  • The role offers remote work with occasional in office requirements in Vancouver, BC.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with relevant teams across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clearly communicating product updates, timelines, and priorities.
  • Support the definition, monitoring, and analysis of KPIs aligned with company objectives to measure product success.
  • Use data insights to inform product decisions, identify opportunities, and prioritize enhancements.
  • Listen to participants’ concerns and ideas, ensuring user needs are evaluated through the product manager workflow.
  • Develop detailed user personas to guide product decisions.
  • Participate and help facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand ups.
  • Maintain a well groomed and prioritized backlog that reflects business priorities and team capacity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Proactively address challenges during development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and ensure product meets quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for product features, requirements, and updates.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of product management experience, ideally with mobile applications or consumer facing products.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
  • A self starter mindset, thriving in fast paced, dynamic environments.
  • Attention to detail combined with strategic focus on achieving big picture goals.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Figma, and Notion.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

  • A keen interest or experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
  • Familiarity with gamification concepts or prior experience in the gaming industry.
  • A background in drone technology, with preference given to candidates with hands on flying experience.

Compensation

  • Compensation Range: CAD 70,000 CAD 90,000 per year.
