Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document product requirements with stakeholders, ensuring clarity on business objectives and user needs.
- Create user stories, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and user experience or interface expectations.
- Understand the overall product vision and define detailed feature requirements aligned with it.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams on complete requirements documentation.
- Improve requirements gathering and documentation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
What We Are Looking For
- 0-3 years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical abilities, comfort working with numbers, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documenting and communicating requirements.
- Familiarity with product management tools, documentation platforms, and software engineering processes.
- Ability to understand the big picture while defining detailed requirements.
- User-centric mindset focused on understanding needs and improving user experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with an open, curious mind and willingness to learn continuously.
