Role Overview
Support high-reliability IC products for space and harsh-environment applications as part of the Hi-Reliability team in Palm Bay, Florida.
Work through new product introduction, characterization, qualification, and production release under the guidance of senior engineering staff.
Collaborate with design, test, reliability, packaging, radiation-effects, and manufacturing experts.
Responsibilities
- Support product engineering for new ICs from initial silicon evaluation through production release.
- Perform laboratory bench testing and IC characterization using standard electrical test equipment.
- Analyze characterization, test, and yield data to identify trends and performance margins.
- Support bench-to-ATE data correlation, product readiness, and root-cause investigations.
- Document product specifications, evaluation reports, and qualification criteria.
- Communicate technical findings and project progress clearly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in electrical engineering or semiconductor product evaluation.
