Learning Administration

• Create and maintain courses, classes, curricula, certifications, learning plans, and learning paths in the Learning Management System.
• Configure instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and self-paced programs.
• Upload and deploy SCORM, AICC, xAPI, and digital learning content.
• Manage learner enrollments, assignments, waitlists, cancellations, and completions.

Testing and Data Management

• Perform end-to-end functional testing before production deployment.
• Validate content launch, bookmarking, completion, passing score, and transcript updates.
• Maintain LMS data integrity and training records.
• Generate reports on completion, attendance, compliance, and learning metrics.
