About the Role
- Our client is a growing investment firm based in Doha with a strong track record in private markets investing.
- The platform deploys long term capital across the region and internationally, partnering with governments and sponsors.
- The private equity team is actively expanding its investment activity, creating the need for an Associate to support execution and portfolio management.
- This is an Associate level role within the private equity team, working closely with senior investment professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be involved across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and analysis through to execution and ongoing asset management.
- Supporting evaluation of new investment opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis.
- Assisting with due diligence processes across financial, technical and legal workstreams.
- Preparing investment memoranda and materials for internal investment committees.
- Supporting transaction execution, including structuring, negotiations, and coordination with advisors.
