Responsibilities

  • Architect and design end‑to‑end SAP EWM solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Lead brown‑field and green‑field EWM implementation projects from kickoff to hypercare.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate EWM with S/4HANA modules such as MM, SD, and QM.
  • Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
  • Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance on best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and issue resolution in coordination with delivery leads.
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and support data migration activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge transfer to client teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Bristlecone’s quality standards and SAP activation guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP EWM, preferably on S/4HANA.
  • Proven track record of delivering both brown‑field and green‑field EWM implementations.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse processes, inbound/outbound logistics, and inventory management.
  • Strong functional expertise in SAP MM, SD, and QM integration points.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • SAP EWM certification or equivalent SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as project demands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
