The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

To lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the Abaad Data Portal by ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and data platform capabilities. The role is responsible for driving product planning, stakeholder alignment, backlog prioritization, product performance, and continuous enhancement of the portal to provide scalable, reliable, and high-value data services for both internal and external customers while supporting data-driven decision-making and organizational growth.

Product Vision & Strategy Management

Define and maintain the strategic vision for the Abaad Data Portal in alignment with organizational and customer objectives.

Develop and communicate the product strategy, objectives, and long-term roadmap.

Identify business opportunities that enhance the value and adoption of the portal.

Ensure product priorities align with organizational goals and customer expectations.

Product Roadmap & Lifecycle Management

Develop, maintain, and govern the product roadmap across all stages of the product lifecycle.

Prioritize initiatives, enhancements, and capabilities based on business value and customer needs.

Monitor roadmap execution and ensure timely delivery of planned outcomes.

Evaluate product performance and introduce continuous improvements..

Backlog Management & Delivery Prioritization

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities reflect strategic and operational objectives.

Define and refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Balance stakeholder requests, technical constraints, and business priorities.

Ensure delivery teams have clear direction and well-defined requirements..

Stakeholder Management & Business Alignment

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into product initiatives.

Facilitate alignment between business, analytics, engineering, and delivery teams.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparent communication of product priorities and progress.

Support executive decision-making through effective product governance and reporting.

Data Product Development & Value Realization

Lead the development of data-driven products and services delivered through the Abaad platform.

Ensure product capabilities address customer needs and provide measurable business value.

Evaluate enhancement opportunities that improve usability, accessibility, and operational effectiveness.

Support adoption and utilization of data products across internal and external customers.

Customer Experience & Product Enhancement

Analyze customer feedback, business requirements, and usage insights to improve product experience.

Drive customer-centric product improvements and service innovations.

Identify product gaps and opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and engagement.

Ensure product enhancements align with business priorities and portal objectives.

Performance Monitoring & Product Analytics

Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, usage trends, and business outcomes.

Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Utilize data-driven insights to refine product direction and delivery priorities.

Provide regular performance reporting and recommendations to management.

Product Governance & Cross-Functional Leadership

Establish governance practices that support effective product management and decision-making.

Coordinate activities across analytics, engineering, BI, design, and business teams.

Promote Agile product management practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

Ensure product delivery maintains quality, scalability, and operational sustainability..

Policies, Processes & Procedures

Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Information Security

Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

6–8 years of experience in Product Management, Data Products, Business Intelligence, Analytics Platforms, Digital Products, or related domains.
