About the Role
Saeed Raddad Group is hiring an Associate Planning & Performance Management Analyst in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia to process invoices, perform reconciliations, and provide analytical support.

Responsibilities
- Reviews and processes subsidiaries invoices using computer generated workflows and coordinate with relevant organizations to resolve any issues related to cost centers, cost elements, proponent organizations and supporting documents
- Performs monthly reconciliation of invoices issued by subsidiary offices by comparing with the number of invoices processed by S&SP PPM and resolve any discrepancy
- Provides analytical support in reviewing subsidiaries cost charges in the operating statement and investigate unusual cost trends for correction, whenever necessary
- Works with out of kingdom subsidiary offices to ensure proper monthly accrual of unprocessed invoices
- Coordinates and works with relevant organizations to process invoice related correspondences and respond to inquiries from out of kingdom offices on the status of invoices processed
