Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications with a strong front-end focus.
• Develop interfaces with React, Vite, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion.
• Build and integrate Node.js services and APIs, including simple applications independently from scratch.
• Translate design mockups and business requirements into reusable components.
• Collaborate with consultants and case teams to turn business problems into practical web applications.
• Evaluate emerging front-end frameworks, libraries, and tools.
• Support supervisors with work planning, solution design, and product brainstorming.
• Ensure applications are robust, secure, documented, and aligned with engineering and governance standards.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and internal training.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on React experience using Vite as the build tool.
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, component design, and responsive UI principles.
• Working knowledge of Node.js and the ability to build a simple application independently.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and external-service integration.
• Working knowledge of data structures, basic algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to work with evolving requirements and strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent English communication skills for explaining technical ideas clearly.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Vue, Svelte, or Angular.
• Some background in Python.
• Basic awareness of AI and LLM-based tools and APIs.
• Basic understanding of application deployment and hosting workflows.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Experience building internal tools, prototypes, or dashboards.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and usage guides.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Undergraduate degree holders should have 2–4 years of experience in software development, AI engineering, or related roles.
• Postgraduate degree holders should have 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong academic credentials, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior exposure to consulting, analytics, or business problem-solving environments is preferred but not mandatory.
